Buyer Inspections

We recommend buyers be present for the entirety of the inspection whenever possible, this provides for the greatest benefit as we review and discuss the various systems and components of the home.

Buyers will gain the most from their experience if they are involved in all aspects of the inspection process. This furthers to understand report findings in context and compliments the educational intent.

All Massachusetts Inspections are conducted in accordance with Code of Massachusetts Regulations Title 266 (CMR 6.00 Standards of Practice).

All Rhode Island Inspections are conducted in accordance with Rules and Regulations of Home Inspectors and Associate Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.
